Here's just a little bit about me.

My name is Carla Anderson and I'm a twenty-six year old Canadian girl. I'm a Gemini which means, as far as I can tell, that I'm suppose to be witty, moody and sociable. I'd like to think I'm witty, and I know I am moody (but there's a good chance that's because I'm female as well), but I'm not very sociable unless I'm with my friends. I do credit myself with being creative though. It started off with art and writing, both of which I still do occasionally. But now I'm enjoy photography. I've always like taking pictures, even if I didn't always like being in them, but in the last few years it's become my favorite hobby.

Inspirations

My favorite inspiration is nature. It's not really very original I know, but there is nothing more beautiful then nature. Living in Victoria, BC I've got more then enough nature around to take pictures of. Between the ocean, the trees, and the distant mountains this is one of the most beautiful places in the world I think.

I find that cityscapes are becoming a fun challenge. I like pictures of old streets and diffenent angles of normal buildings make great photos.

I'm also very inspired by music, though it hasn't really done much for my photography at this point. I do always have my mp3 player with me when I go out taking pictures. I find it keeps me motivated.
