A little bit of info about Frame for Thought

The Name:

I had a few names thought up for this site, but my favorite and the favorite of all the people I asked was Frame For Thought. Of course it's a play on the phrase 'Food for Thought'. There's nothing really more too it then that. I just thought it sounded good and original. A couple of the other ideas I'd had were Trapped Beauty, Outside the Frame and Still Frame.

The Point:

I like to think that I've got a eye for good photographs and thought why not combine my enjoyment of taking photos with my website making abilities. And I just want people to see my pictures. If nothing else I hope to get a few comments and have the ability to show family and friends my pictures.

The Layout:

The current layout I called Bench on a cloudy day. This is one of my favorite pictures. It was taken on Dallas Road here in Victoria, BC. I believe I fiddled with the contrast and brightness in The Gimp to get the darker, fuller colors.

The Past:

...well at this point there is no past except that it's taken me a good year to actually motivate myself enough to make this site. Eventually there will be past layouts here.
